5. FILE MANAGEMENT
The File Management module allows users to copy or move files from their PC to a virtual file system on the server. The advantage of users having files on the server is that the user can access these files from any PC on the network or Web (at home or other sites).
This eliminates the need of having to carry personal computers as all information and in fact the work environment is available through any PC on the Web.

6. CALENDAR & ORGANIZER
The Calendar & Organizer module is designed to assist users plan and organize their daily work, by incorporating activity reports, appointments, to-do lists, reminders; and trigger users of impending works and actions which needs to be taken.
This virtual office assistant which helps users improve productivity also helps users alert and schedule meetings, generate reports, personal activity and finances, profiles and contacts of clients and friends, name card filing system, etc.
